**Ten slides are enough for most project reviews.** Put one idea on each slide and use your own photos, results and diagrams. Adjust the count to the time you are given.

## Slide outline

| Slide | Content | Suggested time |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1\. Title | Project name, your names, guide, department, date | 15 seconds |
| 2\. Problem | Who has the problem and what it costs them, in one picture | 1 minute |
| 3\. Objective | One measurable sentence that you can test | 30 seconds |
| 4\. Existing solutions | Two or three examples and the gap you cover | 1 minute |
| 5\. Block diagram | Sensors, controller, drivers, power, with arrows | 1 minute |
| 6\. Hardware | Your own photo of the build, labelled parts and cost | 1 minute |
| 7\. Software | Flow chart of the main loop, one key idea per box | 1 minute |
| 8\. Results | Your measured tables or graphs, with the test setup | 2 minutes |
| 9\. Problems and fixes | One or two real failures and how you solved them | 1 minute |
| 10\. Conclusion and next steps | What met the objective, what did not, what is next | 1 minute |

## Tips

- Use large text: no more than six lines per slide.
- Show a short video of the robot working. Keep a photo as backup in case the demo fails.
- Rehearse once with a timer and keep two minutes for questions.
- Put your results in a table or chart. Do not read the table aloud.
